Oxford Exchange

Posted March 28, 2020

Oxford Exchange is a Restaurant, Boutique, Bookstore, Commerce Club, Warby Parker, Coffee roaster, TeBella, and shoe shine station in a building dating back to 1891. Using antique materials that were Re-purposed from buildings of similar age Integrity Floors installed antique oak in herringbone pattern in the restaurant, boutique and hallways. Commerce Club and meeting rooms on second floor feature Antique Heart Pine from factories and distilleries. This reclaimed wood from historical horse farms and whiskey distilleries added to the Oxford Exchange story. Now a new chapter in the buildings history. Since opening in 2012 Integrity Floors has continued annual maintenance of the floors in the restaurant, boutique and common areas. A process that cleans and refinishes  the wood floors. An after hours service that does not disrupt business but insures the antique floors will be there in another 100 years.
